Estate planning is a unique type of law, in so much that, unlike other types of law out there, estate planning is not a one-time service provided to you - - in other words, when it comes to estate planning, it's not a "set it and forget it" service. Laws, estate planning technology and your own family's wishes and financial situations are constantly changing. As a result, it's important that you make sure that your estate plan is up to date and this is why we are so adament about making sure our clients understand the need to come in to meet with an attorney and review their estate plan.
As a Kavesh, Minor & Otis client, we offer you a free review meeting to update your estate plan. We recommend that you do this at a minimum of every 3 years. The meeting with us is free, with absolutely no obligation. We will review your estate plan, make sure that it is up to date with any new laws and with your wishes - - absolutely free, as this is a part of our free Service Package. At that meeting, we will advise you of what changes may be necessary or recommended and we will quote you a fee for any work, and then it's entirely up to you to decide if you wish to proceed.
