New Legislation Passed Creating the "Restricted LLC" and "Restricted LP"
We are pleased to announce that our "of counsel" expert, Steve Oshins, has passed new laws in Nevada that have created the Restricted Limited Liability Company ("LLC") and the Restricted Limited Partnership ("LP"). These new laws may help, even if property is located outside Nevada reduce estate taxes while also providing protection of assets against lawsuits and creditors. These new entities can make a lot of sense for virtually every rental real estate property owner!
