What is Probate?

Probate is a court-supervised process that may occur after you die if you fail to have a living trust (or some of your asset titles are not in the name of the trust).

Probate can result in unnecessary court control, delays, paperwork, legal fees, headaches, family stress, and a loss of privacy.
